2ND SKIN (protective barrier film)

“2nd Skin” will be applied to your tattoo at your appointment. Leave on your skin for two days, and on the THIRD day, remove the “2nd Skin”.

CLEAN

START OF 3rd DAY (DAY OF REMOVAL OF 2nd SKIN):

Daily (morning/night) until scabs are gone:

• Gently wash brows by dabbing with fingertips with mild antibacterial soap (will be provided)

• Rinse with water ensuring that all soap is rinsed away

• Gently pat with clean cotton round or clean tissue.

BLOT

Gently blot area with clean cotton round or tissue to absorb excess lymph fluid. Do this every hour on the day of removal of the 2nd skin until the lymph fluid has stopped. Continue to blot excess lymph if it occurs on the second day after removal of the 2nd skin.

MOISTURIZE

START ON 2ND DAY: Be sure brows are clean and dry before starting this process. Apply ointment (will be provided) by dabbing/rolling with a cotton swab or (clean) fingers. Use until you are out of ointment for optimal retention.
